Your adventure begins in San Juan del Obispo, a picturesque hillside village nestled on the slopes of Volcán de Agua. Visit Chocolate Antigua, a local chocolate factory where you’ll learn about traditional chocolate-making and enjoy tastings, followed by a stop at a nispero wine shop. Continue to San Pedro de las Huertas, where you’ll visit a jade factory and learn about Guatemala’s national stone and its transformation into fine jewelry.
The next destination is Ciudad Vieja, Guatemala’s first capital city and home to the oldest cathedral in Central America (built in 1534). Stroll through the plaza and learn how to make handmade tortillas in the local market. Afterwards, head to San Antonio Aguas Calientes, famous for its textile craftsmanship and stunning volcano views.
