Reservations & Advance Booking

There is no required minimum time to book; however, we receive reservations from multiple channels, and availability can fill quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot, especially on weekends or during high season.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Customer cancellations:

• Over 7 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
• Between 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours or no-show: No refund.

Date modifications:

• Allowed without penalty if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
• Requests with less than 5 days may incur a fee of 10 usd per person.

Weather or forced cancellations:

• If the company cancels for safety reasons (extreme weather, river rise, etc.), options include:
  • Rebooking at no cost.
  • 90% refund if rebooking is not possible.

Company cancellations:

• If canceled for operational reasons (equipment failure, lack of guides, etc.), options include:
  • Full refund.
  • Rebooking or activity change.

Cancellation procedure:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds processed within 7 business days after confirmation.

Companions (Non-Riders)

• The 30 usdincludes access to the facilities only; it does not include horseback riding.
• If a companion wishes to feed the horses and enjoy a connection session without riding, the cost is Q250 per person.
• Guests who intend to ride must pay the full experience price of Q380 per person.

Recommended Clothing & Gear

For comfort and safety, we recommend:

• Comfortable long pants to protect your legs
• Sun protection: hat/visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen
• Closed shoes: boots or sneakers are ideal
• Sandals: allowed, but not recommended for riding
• Shorts or skirts: not recommended for riding due to comfort and safety concerns
