- If the client does not arrive or arrives late: No refund issued for the reserved rental period.
- If weather conditions are unsafe (strong wind or rain): Free reschedule or refund offered.
- Guest cancellations: Must be made at least 24hrs hours before the scheduled start time for full refund
- Date/time changes: Allowed up to 24hours before the reservation.
