Additional Information

Best Time: Morning hours (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) for calmest waters
Recommended: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and waterproof camera
Minimum Age: 6 years (must be accompanied by an adult)
Meeting Point: San Pedro La Laguna main dock (other pick-ups available upon request)

Cancellation Policy:
Customer cancellations:
- Over 10 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
- Between 5–9 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: No refund.
Date modifications:
- Allowed without penalty if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
- Requests with less than 5 days may incur a fee of Q150 per person.
Weather or forced cancellations:
- If the company cancels for safety reasons (extreme weather, river rise, etc.), options include:
  - Rebooking at no cost.
  - 90% refund if rebooking is not possible.
Company cancellations:
- If canceled for operational reasons (equipment failure, lack of guides, etc.), options include:
  - Full refund.
  - Rebooking or activity change.
Cancellation procedure:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
