Cancellation Policy
Reservations for tours are transferable to other dates with at least 7 calendar days’ advance notice. Our guides are hired from surrounding communities and block out their schedules to accommodate your tour. This policy applies to all tours and massages. Any change made less than 7 calendar days before the start time of your tour will result in the forfeiture of your payment. You can change the date of your tour or massage a maximum number of two times. The maximum transferable period for your tour is 365 days from the initial reservation date. If you do not visit within this time frame, your deposit will be forfeited in its totality. Day passes and meals reserved for day passes or meals reserved for travelers or group meetings are non-refundable and non-transferable.   Los Tarrales is not responsible for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, political roadblocks, airport closures, natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
