Cancellation Policy – Rafting Adventure Guatemala

  1. Customer cancellations:
  • Over 7 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Between 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
  1. Date modifications:
  • Changes allowed without penalty if requested at least 5 days in advance (subject to availability).
  • Requests made within 5 days may incur a fee of Q100 per person.
  1. Weather or force majeure cancellations:
  • If the company cancels for safety reasons (extreme weather, river conditions, etc.), customers may choose:
    • Rebooking at no cost.
    • Full refund if rebooking is not possible.
