Join the Fight to Rehabilitate Guatemala’s Wildlife
Since 1989, this renowned rescue center in Petén has been on the front lines of combating illegal wildlife trafficking. Each year, it rescues and rehabilitates parrots, macaws, monkeys, reptiles, and other species that have been captured or displaced.
As a certified GFAS (Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries) facility, the center meets the highest global standards for animal care, rewilding, and ethical rehabilitation.
Volunteer Experience
As a volunteer, you’ll support crucial daily activities such as:

Landscape & Wildlife Conservation in Northern Guatemala
Located in Santa Ana, Petén, near Isla de Flores, Finca La Trinidad is dedicated to protecting critical ecosystems and restoring the biodiversity of northern Guatemala. This project safeguards an important ecological corridor home to countless species—including many endangered ones.
