Description:
A relaxing boat excursion to the natural hot springs near Santa Catarina Palopó or the Los Termales area by San Lucas Tolimán. These lakeside geothermal pools are naturally heated and blend into stunning lake views.
- Stop for swimming, soaking, and photos.
- Optional lunch stop at a lakeside café in Santa Catarina OR SAN LUCAS TOLIMAN.
- Guided version includes a local guide to share lake geology, Mayan legends of the springs, and manage entry arrangements.
Suggested Itinerary (Guided):
- 9:30 AM – Depart hotel dock
- 10:15 AM – Arrive at hot springs; relax, swim & enjoy
- 12:30 PM – Lunch break (optional)
- 2:00 PM – Return boat ride across the lake
- 2:30 PM – Arrival back at your hotel or dock

Cancellation Policy:
Customer cancellations:
- Over 10 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
- Between 5–9 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: No refund.
Date modifications:
- Allowed without penalty if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
- Requests with less than 5 days may incur a fee of Q150 per person.
Weather or forced cancellations:
- If the company cancels for safety reasons (extreme weather, river rise, etc.), options include:
  - Rebooking at no cost.
  - 90% refund if rebooking is not possible.
Company cancellations:
- If canceled for operational reasons (equipment failure, lack of guides, etc.), options include:
  - Full refund.
  - Rebooking or activity change.
Cancellation procedure:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
