  • Over 10 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
  • Between 5–9 days before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours or no-show: No refund.

Date modifications:

  • Allowed without penalty if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Requests with less than 5 days may incur a fee of Q150 per person.

Weather or forced cancellations:

  • If the company cancels for safety reasons (extreme weather, river rise, etc.), options include:
    • Rebooking at no cost.
    • 90% refund if rebooking is not possible.

Company cancellations:

  • If canceled for operational reasons (equipment failure, lack of guides, etc.), options include:
    • Full refund.
    • Rebooking or activity change.
